$140 per 50-minute session
Insurance
I do not file insurance and am not in network with any insurance companies. I will give a receipt with all necessary codes needed should you wish to file your own out of network claim.
If you decide to file your own claim, please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Payment
Payment is made on the day of service. Cash, check or all major credit cards are accepted for payment. A $5 transaction fee is charged when using credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 48 BUSINESS hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
